Order Processing
- Your credit card statement will show a charge from the “UCB Lawrence Hall Sci”.
- Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
- You will receive an email when your order is shipped with a tracking number.
- You will be contacted by phone and/or email if there are any adjustments that need to be made to your order.

All orders will be shipped via UPS from Berkeley, CA.
International Shipping: About Customs, Duties, & Taxes

Return Policy
- LHS Publications (GEMS, EQUALS, MARE, GSS, PASS): The Lawrence Hall of Science can only accept returns of LHS Publications in cases of damage or an error on our part. To return items, please call to obtain a return authorization.
- All Other Merchandise: Items may be returned with a return authorization within 30 days of purchase. Please call to obtain a return authorization.
